Klaus Roofing redid our roof, switching from our beat-up asphalt shingles to the Decra stone-coated metal roof that's designed to look like a shake roof. Jeff and Grace showed us many photos every day of the job so that we could see exactly what was going on, the condition of our roof decking once the old material was removed, the progress made each day, the process of how things are done, the quality of work that was being completed. Their crew members work hard, long days, and they are craftsmen at their work, clearly taking pride in the quality of the job done. They took extra care around all the vents, the skylight, strange valleys, and the chimneys, giving them a multi-layer sealing that looks as nice as it is protective. I would re-hire this company in a heartbeat.

After a recent hail storm, Jeff came over to inspect the roof. When he was finished taking pictures, he showed me the damage to my roof and explained what to expect from my insurance company. When my insurance adjuster's report came in, Jeff met with me again to go over the claim and explain next steps. I picked out new shingles and we scheduled the roof replacement. The crew did an excellent job and Jeff was able to stop by and check on things when they were finished. My roof looks great and I would highly recommend that you use Klaus Roofing!

From start to finish, Jeff and his team of contractors did a great job. I first appreciated when he took the time to sit down with me and go through the repair estimate put together by the company that my Insurance had selected (which that company did not do) line by line to explain the details of it to me and so that I would know all of my options. He took care of coordinating all of the decisions I had to make for the house (roof, gutters, paint color) and his paint team even did some much needed extra work for me repairing woodpecker damage on the house. All of the crews were very polite and hard working.
