IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
- Meeting with customers to provide solutions to their roofing problems
- Climbing on roofs for detailed inspections
- Assisting homeowners through their insurance hail claim process
- Completing entire sales process using the latest equipment and technology
- Estimating and selling jobs, without having to be a project manager
- Completing final roof walk throughs and customer follow up
- Ensuring that all jobs are being collected immediately
- Maintaining consistent communication with sales leadership and homeowners
- Setting weekly and monthly goals with the Sales Manager to drive year end sales targets
- Assisting with lead generation
DO YOU QUALIFY?
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills
- 1-2+ years sales experience (roofing knowledge preferred but not required)
- Experience and understanding of multiple skillsets (i.e. selling, CRMs, apps, financing concepts, etc.)
- Able to work some evenings and weekends if/when necessary
- Must be comfortable with ladders and on roofs to inspect roof conditions
- Must have your own vehicle (that can hold a collapsable ladder in trunk)
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record (No DUI/Major Infractions)
- Criminal background check (required)

COMPENSATION:
- Expected $75K+ per year
